Hello,
My name is Brad Poland, from Seattle, USA.
My wife and I have a house here in the Long Bien district, along with her parents.
Both of our homes are on the same land.
The area has a neighbor which seems to abuse the land rights for everyone surrounding him.
He has been bullying families in the area to give up their land for his benefit.
We would like to shut down this tyrant.
I will be returning to the US next week and would like to get some advice.
