As for authenticating our legal opinion, it seem to be difficult to get acceptance from Ministry of Justice regarding the work of authenticating our legal document (as we informed before that Vietnam Consulate refused to certify our legal document even though this had been certified by Notary Public. According to their explanation, because this is the first circumstance so they shall certify our legal consultation upon opinion in writing of MOJ. However, this work beyond function of MOJ so we are afraid that MOJ shall refuse to give the opinion on this matter. Please have forward our letter attached therewith to Mr. Huynh Vo in order to informing him some latest news.

Now we are waiting for the original letter invitation form you for visa arrangements.
